Consent to Personal Data Processing

This document describes the consent you give to the processing of your personal data when you tap the consent button in the Telegram bot @CompanionVoiceBot (the Companion AI service, the "Service"). Consent is one of the legal bases we rely on (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 GDPR); the other bases for each purpose are listed in the Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

2. What You Consent To

By tapping the consent button you freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously agree that the Operator may process your personal data for the following purposes:

registration and access to the Service;
providing the Service: conversation with an AI companion and replies in text and voice to your text messages, voice messages and images, including, on request, searching publicly available information on the internet;
personalising the conversation: keeping the conversation history and the information you share about yourself (memory);
payments: accepting payment, keeping your balance and purchased Personalities, refunds;
support and handling requests;
security and enforcement of the rules: preventing abuse, protecting minors, responding to signs of a crisis;
analysing the performance of the Service and advertising channels in aggregate;
compliance with legal obligations.

The data involved, legal bases and retention periods for each purpose are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Personal Data Covered

Telegram ID, Telegram name and username, interface language, gender (if you choose it in the Service or mention it in the conversation);
date and time of consent, status of subscription to the Service's channel, source of the referral link, actions in the Service interface (never message content);
text messages, voice messages and their transcripts, images, message timestamps, search queries;
conversation history and the information you share about yourself (memory);
records of payments, balance, purchased Personalities and refunds;
content of support requests and your email address if you write to us by email;
Service request logs, automatic violation and safety flags, blocking records.

4. Special Categories of Data

We do not ask for special categories of personal data. If you choose to share information about your health, sex life or other special categories in the conversation, you explicitly consent to its processing only to carry on the conversation and to keep you safe (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). You are free not to share such information.

5. Recipients and International Transfers

5.1. Your data may be shared, to the extent needed for the purposes above, with the following categories of recipients: AI technology providers (USA); speech recognition and synthesis providers (USA, EU countries); a public information search provider (USA); hosting providers and traffic delivery and protection networks (EU countries, global); Telegram as the platform and the operator of payments in Telegram Stars.

5.2. Your data is processed and stored in several countries, including the United States, countries of the European Union and the Russian Federation, where the Operator is established. Some of these countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence. Where no other safeguard applies, you explicitly consent to such transfers (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Duration and Withdrawal

6.1. Your consent is valid from the moment you tap the consent button until the purposes are achieved or until you withdraw it.

6.2. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to @HelpCompanionVoiceBot or support@amourvoice.com with your Telegram ID or username. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

6.3. After withdrawal we stop processing based on consent and delete your data within one month, except for data we must or may keep on another legal basis (for example, payment records required by tax and accounting law). Since the Service cannot work without processing your messages, it can no longer be used after withdrawal.

7. How Consent Is Given

Consent is given by tapping the consent button in the Service; we record the date and time. By tapping it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read this document and the Privacy Policy.
