How does paying for an AI companion on Telegram work, and do I need a subscription?

ยท 2 min read
In short No subscription needed. In @CompanionVoiceBot, you start with free trial messages, then buy one-time packs of messages and voice messages. Pay with Telegram Stars; with the bot's interface set to Russian, you can also pay by bank card or SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System) in rubles. There are no automatic charges.

Start for free

New users get trial messages, voice included. Enough to meet a character, hear their voice, and see if it's for you.

Your balance

Your balance holds two kinds of messages: text and voice. You can always see what's left in the bot, and top up anytime, right in the chat.

Packs

Choose from ready-made packs with different mixes of messages and voice messages, or build your own. Every purchase is one-time. No monthly payments. Current prices are in the top-up section.

Choosing a pack

Prefer texting? Take a small pack or build your own mix with more messages. Want to hear a voice and send voice notes yourself? Choose a larger pack: it holds more voice messages. Start small and see how quickly you use it.

Why not a subscription

Subscriptions work when you talk the same amount every day. Real life is rarely like that: one week you chat every evening, then you take a break. With packs, you pay only for what you use and never have to remember to cancel. Want more? Just top up.

How to pay

  • Telegram Stars: pay right in Telegram, from any country.
  • Bank card and SBP: with the bot's interface set to Russian, in rubles. SBP is Russia's Faster Payments System.

Card details are entered on the payment provider's page. The bot never receives them. See the terms of service for details, and reach out to @HelpCompanionVoiceBot with any questions.

What's included

From your very first message, including the trial, the character can look at your photos and find the latest news. There's no extra charge. A reply like that costs the same as a regular message or voice message.
